Living Room & Dining Room Area
Manor Inn on Route 66 is a historic building located in the heart of Lebanon, Missouri. The home was built in 1903 and purchased by William Lentz from Josaih Parkhurst around 1906. It later was used for the Lenz HOMOTEL and more recently has been restored as a Bed and Breakfast capturing the history and charm of the iconic landmark. The home was impeccably built, and measures have been taken to preserve the beauty and unique features of the original home. The home is filled with unique murals and lighting, stained glass windows, and a claw foot bathtub. A stay at Manor Inn on Route 66 allows guest to experience the history and charm of the building.

Manor Inn on Route 66 is located on the original Route 66 route, is just off I-44, only minutes from Bennet Springs and a short drive to Lake of the Ozarks. We are located across from the Cowan Civic Center.

Dogwood Suite

This Dogwood Suite suite is tucked away on the third floor of Manor Inn and encompasses the entire floor. There is a deluxe king-size bed with luxury linens situated in a private area and two twin beds in a smaller room lovingly referred to as, ‘The Tree House Room’. There is a private bath that includes an oversized soaker tub, a living area and kitchenette that allows guests to make meals on their own time if they choose. It’s a perfect, private and quiet getaway suite that truly offers all the comforts of home.
Includes homemade, homestyle breakfast included. We also offer breakfast to go for those who need to leave early.

Whirlwind Room

Whirlwind Room at Manor Inn on Route 66 is a charming room with a queen size bed, TV, and private attached half bath. It is located on the second floor and requires climbing one flight of stairs. There are two options for bathing that are private with locking doors that are accessed by a shared hallway. One bathroom has a clawfoot tub and the other bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Guests also have accessed to shared spaces that include the living room, dining room, and porch areas.
This room includes a homestyle breakfast each morning, snacks at check-in, Keurig Coffee maker in dining room, access to living, dining and game room, books to read, toiletries, extra towels, second floor outside balcony, bed linens, extra pillows, blankets and towels, TV, and hair dryer.

The Carriage House Suite

Situated on the first floor, the Carriage House Suite is the most luxurious room in the manor, and its name reflects its original purpose from when the home was built. This suite includes a deluxe king-size bed with luxury linens and a large en suite with an oversized soaker tub as well as a large walk-in shower. It is tucked away in the back of the manor where it is private and quiet, making it the perfect choice for couples looking for a getaway, those celebrating an anniversary, or as a honeymoon suite.

Bennet Spring Room

Bennett Spring room is named for nearby Bennet Spring State Park, and its décor theme is inspired by the park. It is located on the second floor and requires climbing one flight of stairs. During early 2026 this room is undergoing renovations to include a new bathroom with private shower. The room includes a queen size bed with 100% cotton sheets, TV, new shower and vanity as of spring 2026. Guests are greeted with homemade snacks at check-in and a homemade breakfast made from fresh ingredients is provided each morning. You will have 24-hour access to the microwave, coffee and Keurig machines in the main dining room and the main living room which are located on the first floor. Second floor common areas include the outdoor porch, business center and game room. Parking and WiFi are free.
Conveniently located to I-44 and if you are attending an event at the Cowan Civic Center, we are located right across the street.

The Waterfall Room
The Waterfall Room has a queen bed and is very relaxing with its grey and purple décor. It is the perfect oasis for rest. It is located on the second floor and requires climbing one flight of stairs. The room includes a queen size bed with 100% cotton sheets, TV, new shower and vanity as of spring 2026. Guests are greeted with homemade snacks at check-in and homemade breakfast made from fresh ingredients is provided each morning.
